If you have a chronic or long-term condition, you may be eligible for Medicare-subsidised Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy sessions through an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.
Speak to your GP about whether you qualify — your GP can prepare a referral and send it directly to our physiotherapy and exercise physiology team.
This plan provides rebates for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year under Medicare.
